Two-stage high air pressure coal gas producer series
     1、Introduction:
     Two-stage coal gas producer equipped with an extra distillation stage in comparison to ordinary single-stage furnace adopts soft coal of weak agglutination while the mixture gas of dry-distilled gas and gasification gas is adopted as raw material. The raw material coals are feed in to the upper stage for low temperature dry distillation to produce low temperature dry-distilled gas of with high thermal value, the heated cokes fall down into the lower stage for gasification. The hearth is filled in with air, steam and the resulting producer gas of coke at the temperature of 600~700℃ to provide heat source for the dry-distillation of coals carried out in the upper stage.
    2、Features:
      a、The quality of low temperature tar, the by-product of two-stage coal gas producer is as good as 6 boiler oil.
      b、The gas thermal value produce is higher by 886-1254kJ/Nm3 than the average gasifier.
      c、It offers a wide application of coals, soft coals of weak agglutination and wood coal. The size of feeding coal ranges from 20 to 50 mm, of which the coal of 20mm accounts for no more than 10%.
      d、The hydraulic pressure transmission, proved to be able to provide stable performance and large capacity of cinder crashing, is adopted for ash discharging.
    3、Application:
      It is applicable to demanding industrial customers, like ceramics roller hearth kiln,tunnel kiln of fire-proof material, draught kiln, shuttle kiln, rolled steel heater or other industrial kiln.
    4、Classification
      According to ash structure and coal gas outlet pressure is high and low, can is divided into low air pressure type and high air pressure a type.
