1、Introduction:
This type of furnace, an improved new type based on adverse flame gas gasifier, featuring double fire beds gasification, of which the upper stage of reverse flame operates for splitting decomposition of harmful substances like tar, phenol and benzene hydrocarbons as a result of coal distillation, changing undersaturated olefins into unharmful substances, the lower stage of positive flame operates for secondary gasification of fixed carbon remained from the upper stage.
2、 Features:
a、Applicable to a broad range of coals, especially to gasification of bituminous coal of high volatilization.
b、Featuring high quality of gas, low content of harmful substance, no special gasification is needed.
c、The furnace features positive pressure operation, double fire bed gasification, extremely low contents of harmful substances like tar, phenol and benzene in the gas ,plugging-up-free.
